friendly staff clean room decent breakfast
The staff was friendly. i especially liked the modern, clean room. the breakfast area seemed pleasant. i also appreciated the decent breakfast. It started my days well. the overall cleanliness suited me.

helpful staff clean environment convenient provision desk service
i found the staff quite helpful and polite.. the provision of a kettle with hot drink options was convenient. the hotel maintained a spotlessly clean environment throughout my stay. leaving my key at the 24-hour staffed desk offered peace of mind when exploring.
the breakfast area felt a bit small regarding the number of guests.

I adored how super clean my room was. It was immaculate. the modern bathroom was a little haven, and it was so very new!!!
the lift made a slight noise in the morning since my room was directly across from it.

a cherished nook near gare du nord
good refuge easy exploring attentive staff guest comfort
I found such a good refuge near the bustling gare du nord. the proximity to transportation hubs made exploring so easy, yet the room was quiet, offering a peaceful rest. the staff was attentive. the cleanliness of the room and hotel impressed me, showing a commitment to guest comfort.
the room size was somewhat small, but i managed. this did not detract significantly from an otherwise flawless stay.

The hotel provides luggage storage for a small fee. This service aided in exploring the area unencumbered before my departure. the 24-hour front desk made arrivals and departures seamless. the location allows very easy access to local transportation.

the room had blackout curtains, a very big help for peaceful sleep. a work desk was included, so i had a dedicated space for my computer. the tv offered numerous channels for relaxation.

A breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were accessible throughout the breakfast service. the staff overseeing the breakfast area maintained a clean and pleasant atmosphere. This made a good start to my mornings.

poor soundproofing sketchy area
The hotel staff were helpful. I can't fault that.
The soundproofing was poor. I heard everything. my room was tiny, and the mirror lights didn't work, which reception admitted had been the case for a while. the area is sketchy, i wasn't thrilled.
